The recent crisis in Ukraine amassed a monumental wealth of online content, which is currently at risk of vanishing from existence. The Human Rights Web Archive
(Center for Human Rights Documentation and Research at Columbia University)
and the Internet Archive are monitoring the current Ukrainian crisis by time-stamping and archiving at-risk websites in order to preserve the information for future research. Contributions to these collections were made by subject matter specialists in the fields of Investigative Journalism, Slavic Studies, Russian and Eurasian Studies, and other social and non-profit organizations. We implore your assistance in furthering our archival endeavors by identifying additional online content which may be in jeopardy. Your contribution and/or identification of official and non-official Ukrainian news outlets such as websites, blogs, and other relevant forms of media will ensure the survival of information for future generations. The current collection of online content from the Human Rights Web Archive and the Internet Archive can found below.
Any questions or concerns can be addressed to Colombia University’s archival coordinator Roman Yurchenko (email@example.com).
Thank you for your participation and cooperation in this ongoing project to help identify and preserve endangered information regarding the Ukrainian conflict.
